No Gimmicks,
Just Plenty of Fiber

Our ad agency had some ideas about marketing the Beach Route. We ignored them.

Look, we won’t deny it. We’re excited about this new route.

And we wanted to make a big impression on our customers. Turns out, this route kind of sells itself. (One hyperscaler has already snagged 288 of the 864 fibers available.) But sometimes you’ve got to learn the hard way  – we found that big and loud gimmicks aren't our style. No matter what the ad agencies say.

Who Doesn’t Love Jacksonville & Myrtle Beach?

Ah, the beach. Some love the sun. Others love being able to connect their network to transatlantic cables. The Beach Route provides access to two cable landing stations: Jax NAP Jacksonville and DC BLOX Myrtle Beach, opening in 2023. Both offer strategic locations to add resiliency with high-count buried fiber along a diverse path.

Jacksonville

Offers access to subsea cables, including AMX-1, PCCS, CONFLUENCE-1, giving access to 35 countries.

>

Myrtle Beach

Offers direct access to the hyperscaler data center in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast and is built to support five undersea cables.

Life Is Better on the Beach Route

Put your network where the action is:

651-fiber route miles from Raleigh to Jacksonville and proximity to increasingly important hubs like Savannah and Charleston. Capacity where you need it.

864 fibers of true diversity:

In this crowded region with traditional routes from the same few providers, here’s an opportunity to add diversity and increase network resiliency.

Buried fiber means extra security:

Underground conduit protects cables – and you and your customers - from outages coastal weather conditions create. Fortify your network against severe weather events.

Stop searching for dark fiber:

Here’s your chance to lock in hard-to-find dark fiber now – don’t scramble next year. Be ready for capacity growth.

Get direct access to subsea cables:

Cable landing stations at Jax NAP in Jacksonville and the new DC BLOX Myrtle Beach. Improve CX and get an edge.
